How do I sign up?
I’m excited to introduce “Yoga with Kat” as a part of our journey to evolve in the workplace. Every Wednesday from 7:30am to 8am (HST), I invite all team members to join me for an online 30-minute Kundalini Yoga session.
You’ll be in great company. Many well-known celebrities, including Michelle Williams, Jennifer Aniston, Forest Whitaker, Reese Witherspoon, and many others, practice Kundalini Yoga to elevate their lives.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga integrates postures, breath work, and sound into each practice (kriya), enhancing vitality and expanding consciousness by combining physical and spiritual elements. It is a transformative experience, and I’m thrilled to share it with you.
