Unleash Your WholePerson Potential: Volunteer in November!

At AlohaHP, we encourage every team member to bring their whole self to work—this is what we call WholePerson. We look for those intangible qualities like punctuality, a strong work ethic, genuine effort, and positive energy. These qualities—bringing extra passion, showing up prepared, staying coachable, and radiating a positive attitude—require zero talent but are highly contagious. They can lift you and propel you forward, personally and professionally.

This November, why not test out these qualities by joining a volunteer opportunity? Bring your WholePerson to these experiences, and watch how you’re welcomed, valued, and even applauded by others. Remember, what you give comes back to you—perhaps in the same form you put it out, but it always returns. Give back this month and see it echo into the new year!
